2022

We started 2022 even more motivated. Despite the difficult global situation we have been through in recent years, Athens has established itself in the market and managed to expand its results. As the business' main manager in Brazil, I feel that the connection with customers has improved a lot and helped us obtain more credibility. The challenge now is to go further.

We do not yet have a US branch and our US representatives are based in Canada. The city of Vancouver is the most important city on the west side and offers excellent infrastructure for its residents, including those who are part of our team. This is the office that won the title of "best view" by our employees.

São Paulo is the largest city on the American continent and is home to millions of opportunities, in addition to being Athens' hub for the Brazilian and South American market. Some of our most important projects are represented by this office, which is one of the biggest sources of income for the company.

Europe's cultural wealth is well suited to Brussels, which has three official languages and has long been chosen as the European capital. We can say that this is our biggest center on the continent, although there is still another office close by (about 400 km away in Frankfurt). Here we have world events and people from all corners connected to institutional law.

This was our most recent bet, mainly due to the importance that Israel has gained in the regional and international market. Tel Aviv is like an oasis of modernity and innovation in the middle of the desert and has everything to remain one of our main points of focus for years to come.

Our Oceania representatives are located in Melbourne, which is in southeastern Australia. Quality of life is one of its strengths, but there are other attractions such as cultural life and high levels of education. As a city that is looking for full development, a good part of our challenge here is to help new businesses and institutions to gain space in the market.

Finances

Our numbers have never been so positive. With Athens' global expansion, we were able to diversify our operations and sources of income. Of course, expenses also increased to maintain the entire business structure, but the results are surprising.

Our Strategy

Global portfolio growth
National limitations are already an issue and the increase in the portfolio at a global level was one of the factors that multiplied our results. Operating without borders involves numerous challenges, but our team takes great care of it.
Opening an office in the Middle East
This was a region not yet explored by Athens. The choice of Tel Aviv is related to the economic, technological and entrepreneurial growth of the Israeli capital. One of our service focuses is the companies of Silicon Wadi, as the high-tech industrial center is known.
Adoption of remote work
With the coronavirus pandemic, what was already a trend has become even more established. Remote work was an intensified model in the last year, offering greater flexibility for professionals and great results. Even cost containment was one of them. The hybrid format today is our ideal choice.
Culture strengthening
An intense work of the Human Resources sector was necessary to strengthen the culture among the entire team that is spread around the world. The project came from the São Paulo office and managed to align Athens' multinational and multicultural team.
Greater investment in Marketing
Athens has always had a high level of service, but entering new markets required greater investments in Marketing. The focus was on digital communication, adopting SEO and Inbound strategies.

It is interesting to note that:

it didn't take such a significant investment to increase our revenue so much. Despite the opening of two new offices recently, remote work helped to contain some expenses and negotiations were cautious.
